What is Will ?

Will and donations are of immense importance in Muslim law. Will is an English word. Which is Asiyat in Arabic and Will in Bengali. In fact, will, will and testament are the same thing. Articles 115-134 of the Muslim Law refer to wills. A will is a means of transferring property. After which every Muslim of sound mind who is not a minor can transfer his property by will subject to the restrictions imposed (Section-115).
